Hotel Ceasar Palace

Honest review for the money you are spending you are getting your moneys worth. Manager was good the owner of the hotel made sure everything was comfortable. Room was good. The location is good a lot of shops 1 minute walk away. Can get taxis/ autos instantly near the shops. Can’t complain for the price.

Problem is there, they linked another oyo rooms for just booking, I felt it is kind of cheating the people with name of this Hotel. That should not happen. Give proper information to customers. I did not get any explanation for that. For staying one day. I booked two rooms. There is no refund available. Not satisfied with the process they done.

Open bar facility is good. Also good parking area. Ac non ac are available. Good atmosphere. Good place for relaxation. And good palace for enjoy with your friends.

Rooms are pleasent and comfort. They provided good service but food is not good. Tell specially to reduce oil while preparing your dish.

“WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN AN EXECUTIVE LOUNGE” . Every time i come on a vacation to my home town, i take my family here for dinner and couple of drinks. Last week i went there with my family had couple of drinks, the service was worst. Every time i need to order drinks or food i had to go to them and ask for my drinks. Basically there was no one to take care of us. For my drinks i ordered BDF and Chicken 65, taste was okey but no salt. When i ordered the second plate i told them if you can add some salt that will be much appreciated. Instead of salt they pour lemon juice. My family asked for 1 cream of the chicken soup and asked them can they make it half and half.A guy in white shirt and black pants walked in and told us they cant do half and half but they can do 1/2 and 1/2. In an Executive Lounge they don’t even know 1/2 and half and half is same. What a shame!!! I had to wait 1hour for the bill.Every time i come here i spend a decent amount daily + a good amount of tip. And i come here everyday till i go back after vacation. I had to let the manager know about the situation before i left. But the manager was so improfessional. I asked the front desk to call the manager. They told me its his off day but still i got him on the line. I told him about my experience. All he told me was a sorry. I told him this is not the way you should treat your customer especially in an executive lounge. He told me sir your so drunk to talk today leave your number at the desk and i will call you back tomorrow. I handed the phone to my wife and he said sir is too drunk to talk please take him home, today is my off day i cant do anything els. I asked him to connect me to the owner they said owner cant be reached because he’s on a vacation in Australia. I told them if this is the service you going to provide i wont be back again. The manager told me its okey don't come back. I wont go back to this place anymore. And i wont recommend this place to anyone. If i could rate -5 star i would have done that too.

My recent stay at Hotel Caesar Palace left much to be desired. From the outset, the malfunctioning closest flush in the room was an inconvenience. The service was consistently poor, highlighted by the disorganized delivery of our lunch order to the room, with each item brought separately. Additionally, the provision of only two water bottles for 24 hours felt insufficient, especially considering the extra charges for additional bottles. The breakfast options were disappointingly limited, featuring only dosa, poori, tea, and coffee. Overall, the lack of attention to basic amenities and the consistently unsatisfactory service marred my experience, and I would not recommend this hotel for future stays.

From classic cocktails expertly crafted by skilled bartenders to premium, the bar boasts a diverse selection that caters to every taste and preference.

Myself, my mother, one of my friends and his mother together went there, to have a look at the jewellery display conducted there ,in the first floor, by Sunny Diamonds.The staff at the reception desk of the hotel was kind, and patient and attend to our queries about the display and showed us in.The Sunny diamonds staff were delighted to show us the newest collection of diamond jewellery.Our mother did the shopping as we friends, walked about at the first floor chit-chatting and sightseeing. The first floor had nice scenic view. It was very relaxing afternoon .Unfortunately, we didn't get to taste the food, enjoy the rooms and service.Overall , a satisfactory experience.
