OYO Fort Land Residency

Over all bad experience , as we booked room online and paid full charges through, agoda .com, the reception in charge did not allow us (me with my family)to check in into the hotel room, because he wanted cash in hand as per his manager order, he was claiming this way, the booking sites doesn't pay them back past 6 months, instead cancel the whole process he was asking to rebook the same room, and pay to hotel direct. Definitely with more charges! We decided to move forward. We contacted the booking site as well as oyo customer care . Nobody wanted to take responsible for what we lost (money+time+energy). This whole process made us so stressed that we really can't enjoying the place as well. Please be aware. PS: In plenty of hotel bookings website has Their post, without any contact numbers.

They listed in oyo and they want to delist and still not delisted from oyo. I paid 100% payment through oyo and they hesitate to give me room that they says oyo takes commission from them and with offer its cheap with oyo. I just cancelled my order. After few communication with team oyo, they partially refunded and balance they will refund in 7 days( as per the email). Such an irritating thing when we travel 100s of kms and these kind of thing happens. 👎🏻

Very Bad experience . Don't book through any booking app in this Hotel. At the check in time he don't accept the recipt & Details also and manger talking only through phone, in case any one going to this hotel with family will stand in road .. i face the issue that's way I am giving 1 star pls note all and don't book this hotel. Rooms are very warst.. not good.. very Bad experience..

I had a very bad experience when booking a room using the Oyo app. The room and bathroom were in a very dirty condition and no amenities like oyo were available. Moreover, even the staff has behaved in a very bad manner.

Good room and location. Only problem was bathroom which was very small and not clean to the mark. There was a smell which didn't go even after cleaning.

Poor customer service. If we seen in OYO 830 rupees, They asking 1000 rupees. After we question them, they called tech expert and they changing OYO rates each refresh. After they called expert showing 1100, 1280, 1184, 999 like that showing. It's a cheating hotel ever in Kerala I seen.

It's ok for one day stay. Room is okay. Parking space is infront of the building. Bathroom is not spacious and not well cleaned..

Stay is okay. Food has to be ordered from outside, but it's not an issue as they deliver to room till mid-night.
