Worst Resort I have ever stayed in my life. The owner only know how to grab money from gust, once we reached there is no felicities as they promised before . No heater, no WiFi, breakfast was tasty but the quantity was very less. I won’t prefer this property to anyone m.

Room is not worth for money(Rs:2500), there nothing special about ambience of resort location, their own made food is good but too much expensive.Their staff service is very welcoming.

Joseph, the host is just marvellous! Very lovely and accommodating man. My partner, unfortunately, had food poisoning and Joseph too very good care of us, helping with all my extra requests. The view was sensational and the room even had working hot water! Which, from my experience, is such a treat in India. Thankyou!

We stayed one night with four families on Tea county. It is situated in midst of a beutiful montain surrounded by natural beauty and chirping of birds... The presence of misty fog with drizzling at unexpected times makes the stay more pleasant... The property owner Mr Joji followed up for our trop till check in with all the necessary advises and manager Mr Arun was handling the guests fulfilling their requirements and we were happy with the in room services provided. The rooms and wash rooms were very neat and clean. We got two connected bedrooms with common dining area in the ground floor and three bed rooms with dining hall in first floor also.The property is very close to all the important site seing spots. There are many good restaurants which we can rely on. We recommend Tea county for any one who likes to spend Vagamon with family or friends in a homely peaceful location away the traditional hotel setup.

Reasonable cost. Courteous staff and owner. Food was delicious and affordable. Rooms were very neat. Best suited for family and kids. Nice view from balcony and peaceful atmosphere at night. Enough parking space. Staff and owner were very cooperative. Highly recommended.

We had booked two rooms. The rooms were quite clean, and the hotel itself is maintained well. The view is nice only from the top floors, so be specific to select that. The hotel is located at a great location, overlooking the valley on one side. Rooms were spacious and amenities were working properly. When we went, there was an old couple who were the caretakers of the hotel and no other staff was present. To be frank, communication with the caretakers was a bit difficult as they can't communicate in English (or Hindi, but that is understandable). So to say even basic things we had to do a lot of miming. But they were very welcoming and made things comfortable for us. Another thing is, there is no food available à la carte. They provide breakfast and dinner, but for lunch or anytime you want to have food, you have to go to Vagamon town which is around INR 50 by auto. Overall a pleasant stay, barring the fact that we went off-season so the atmosphere wasn't as good but that won't be the case if you visit it during a better time, when there is rain and fog!
