If you do off-road drive, then you can go there. We drove 8 kms in two cars yesterday. We returned without reaching the resort. Had some issues with the car due to this trip. Had to find another accomodation which we luckily found. Took my car to two mechanics both of them said if you had travelled to this place clutch burn is expected. Terrible experience as we enquired how is the drive and we were told it’s only two kms bad road and 1 km gravel road. We drove nearly 8 kms and then a further 2 km was required. They should have told us this before.

We visited this place with 7 adults and one child.The property did not meet our expectations based on the advertised images. Despite a commendable view, the actual conditions fell significantly short of the paid price of 11,500k, resembling a value closer to 7k. Cleanliness standards, particularly regarding towels (which looks so dirty and used) and bathroom upkeep, were subpar. The challenging road conditions necessitated a suitable vehicle like a jeep or four-wheel drive for access which were not informed prior even though we contacted the caretaker 2-3 times before the arrival. Basic amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste, typically provided by other VoyeHomes properties or local stays, were notably absent. In summary, this property stood out as a disappointing experience within the VoyeHomes portfolio.

The location is breathtaking. Superb place to chill in peace with a great view. The helper Dominic is very polite and always available. Good enough space to accommodate 6 or 8 ppl. The only let down was the food. It was below average and the market is 1 hr away. So plan accordingly.

We, a group of 4 families of 8 adults and 4 children visited Voye Homes Cotton Hill Bungalow in Uluppunni, Vagamon. The place was an old house converted into a resort and hence don't hope for any luxury there. The resort is situated 5 km inside from the main road. The road is purely off-road and sedans and hatchback would find it extremely difficult to travel. The property is situated at the top of a hill and the location itself is breathtaking. As per the caretaker Mr. Dominic, it is an old house converted to a home stay. There are only two original bedrooms, the other two rooms are converted from foyer. Attached bathrooms for the two original bedrooms are large and spacious. Only one of the converted rooms has an attached bathroom. Rooms are all basic, but the location itself compensates for any lack of luxury. Regarding food, you have to inform the caretaker in advance. Breakfast is standard fare with poori Subzi, Puttu and Chickpeas and Chapati if needed. Barbeque can be arranged if requested. All provisions have to be brought from shops 3 km away. You can take a walk around the tea gardens or the nearby hills, if it doesn't rain. By evening the area is covered by mist. Caretaker was prompt in service. He leaves by night and will only come by 7 am in the morning. Will recommend the property if one is not looking for a luxury stay.

Superb stay...calm peaceful and superlatively private! Very courteous and helpful staff...will definitely recommend!

Though the property location is good, the approach road is too poor.. almost 4 kms from main road was very rough.. . The rooms are okay..don't expect any luxury..

Property location was indeed excellent, lovely view .We were 3 families with 3 children above 17. Were charged 11k totally for a night. The property lacked even the basic amenities. Foyer and backyard were converted into rooms. Extra beds for children were put in the foyer. Backyard was converted into a bedroom with 2 single beds and didn't have a chair or stool or shelf to keep our belongings. Though a hill station, umbrellas and even flask weren't available. No mirrors in the rooms, were told to use the ones in the bathrooms. Poor response when I raised this in their Insta page. Absolute waste of money.
