Worst experience in my life … the room rent was 2500 per night … but there is no basic necessary things were available. No bathroom mat … no dustbin no proper blanket and the fan speed is 1 … no proper maintenance … am not sure about the other rooms in this hotel but under 2500 is not nice better please don’t book

Worst Experience. Must Read 1)Rooms - So the issues started the very minute we came for checkin. On the picture the rooms looked spacious and good, but when came to checkin the allotted us a small room where the walls had dampness and moisture and the smell due to that reason was aweful, so they said we will show you another room(whose pictures we originally shown before booking) and said the charges for this room are extra, so we were made to pay extra 2)Property - The property doesn’t have any lift facility so if you are staying on 2/3rd floor and you have any issue you need to come down 2-3. Floors to get that issue addressed 3)Servies - The Deluxe room doesn’t have any telecom facility so for every issue come down to reception through stairs no matter on which floor you are staying, Entire hotel of 10-20 room is managed by 1 Receptionist and 1 Maid so you can guess upon services 4)Basic Amenities- Basic amenities such as towels and Blankets we not provided, On being asked they said “said it is sent to laundry for washing”, May be the entire hotel(which was 70-80% vacant) has those 2-3 blankets and towels, so at reception ask if blankets and towels have been sent to laundry, then checkin according on the days when they return from laundry 5)Cleanliness - The DELUXE room was filled with red ants, here and there and everywhere you will find those. On the whole will not be recommending this hotel, before booking behaviour and after booking behaviour may make you think if the persons are same,servies, Cleanliness are big concerns. Property is situated in city away from beaches.
