Excellent experience.... As a good professional hospitality experience in Kerala, I feel Crystal Suites is the best. Very polite staff behavior, especially the reception staff, good food, especially breakfast. Room service and cleanliness are very commendable. Kudos to the entire team. I have stayed in many hotels across Kerala and enjoyed their experience, but Crystal experience is completely different. I choose Crystal Suites as my second home.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel over the past few nights. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and I would especially like to thank Jijesh and Rindhya for their outstanding service. Their politeness, care and professionalism truly stood out. They even went above and beyond by preparing a special meal for my wife and me which made us really happy. My room was modern, very clean and tidied perfectly every day. It was comfortable and well maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also has excellent facilities, including a nice gym and a refreshing pool. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable and memorable stay.

We had a pleasant stay at the restaurant's accommodation – the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food served was delicious and well-presented, with a good variety on the regular menu. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff and the relaxing ambiance. However, our experience was slightly marred by the chef's unwillingness to prepare dish we specifically requested, even though the ingredients were available. Not only were our requests declined, but we also felt ignored during our interaction, which was disappointing. Overall, it's a great place for food and lodging, but we hope the management encourages more flexibility and attentiveness from the kitchen team to enhance guest satisfaction.
