Hotel Golden Couch

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were very well-appointed and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and the restaurant was a standout feature. The food was exceptional, and Kesavan, a member of the restaurant staff, offered outstanding service. His attentiveness and professionalism made the dining experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch amenities, excellent service, and superb dining experience.

I recently stayed at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent from the moment I booked until the end of my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay very enjoyable. One suggestion I have is to provide a piece mat near the toilet door for added convenience. I did try to contact housekeeping about this but unfortunately didn’t get a response. Overall, I highly recommend Golden Couch for its great service and pleasant accommodations.

I had been to Vatakara on a vacation trip, with my wife. Our trip was mainly to visit the famous LOKANARKAVIL BHAGAVATI Temple and Sand Banks seashore. We stayed at the Golden Couch Hotel. The hotel is at walkable distance from the local bus stand, and Rs.60/- distance by auto from the railway station. The room at the Golden Couch was neatly furnished, with A/C and modern facilities and our stay was excellent and cozy. The front office staff was courteous and quite helpful. The room tariff was moderate at 3-star charge with 5-star comfort. The package included complimentary breakfast, and the food served was neat and delicious too. Very neat bathroom with 24-hour hot water and hair drier facility. The electric kettle provided was quite handy to make coffee/tea whenever wanted. On the whole our stay was quite and cozy. I recommend this hotel for visitors to Vatakara.

1/5 - Disappointing Stay My recent stay at this hotel was a letdown. The reception staff's behavior was unfriendly and unhelpful, setting a negative tone for my entire visit. The room's amenities were also subpar. The toilet water was unclean, and the bathing shaver was not working, making it difficult to get ready. Overall, my experience was below average, and I would not recommend this hotel to others. Improvement is needed in staff training, room maintenance, and amenities to provide a comfortable stay for guests. I couldn't enjoy the hotel's free breakfast due to the staff's unpleasant behavior.

We visited the hotel restaurant to pick up dinner and the experience was extremely saddening. After we ordered the food, we decided to order fruit juice to drink while we wait. The staff took 30-40mins to give us the take away food and 2 glasses of fruit juice. When enquired about the delay, we were first informed that it was getting ready and we requested for the juice to be given first but they ended up giving both the food and the juice extremely late. While we enquired the 3rd time we were told that the delay was due to the rush in the kitchen as they were preparing for next days festival. We also noticed the other tables wait for really long and also there were lot of mix up in others orders. It was a really bad experience but I hope they make it better as the place looked like a good place for families.

Good location, good service and I stepped into the hotel for third time. All amenities are top class. Very neat and clean. Sumptuous food, nearness to highway and new bus stand. As many told their behaviour with guest is top class. All staff are very much capable and having good service mentality .feel at home . recommend to all for a visit

We had a wonderful stay at Golden couch. Rooms were super clean and same is the case with the washroom too.. They offered us a separate dining area as we were a big group. Thank you so much Golden couch. Will definitely recommend
