OYO 12964 Homelinks

Worst hotel i have seen so far, no basic facilities like water, and light. I recommend better cancel your plans if you don't find any other accommodation than this. They charge rs3000 per night, believe me that room is not worth rs100 a night. No lift . No latch for toilet doors. Washrooms were filty full of hairs (i dint feel safe using those washrooms). And forget about sanitization ( I am thinking of self quarantine myself after visiting this OYO 12964 ). It is maintained by same guy who works in Cafe ladder which is located just below rooms. I complained that their is no light in room and he just vanished from the scene. No one available even during checkout. I would give negative rating for this (-5).

Horrible experience, horrible host. They had to call oyo rooms to confirm if they could let us in as they didn't trust us. Didn't even let us use the bathroom till they had confirmation which took 1.5 hours. We waited in the lobby for 1.5 hours hearing the owner and the manager talk to oyo rooms to confirm if they should let us in. When we did enter the rooms finally, the entire place smelled of rot and decay. Almost threw up when I opened the fridge. On complaining they said they cleaned the room just before we arrived so it must the smell of phenyl.

Rooms were okay . The staff was very kind and helpful. Will get a good view of hills from the room. Then the furnitures were of poor quality .its Near the wayanad entrance gate and view point. On the same building there is a Cafe coffee Day.

The staff was quite chaotic with reception and there were some blackouts but overall very good for Indian standard

Never opt anyone this hotel! Customer service is cery bad ! The staff here doesnt know how to maintain customer service bad rooms
