Moonlight tourist home

We were traveling from Vijayawada to Padmanabhaswamy Temple (Trivandrum), and this stay was a perfect stopover in between. Moonlight Tourist Home exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were very polite and supportive throughout our stay. The location is convenient, safe, and ideal for families and travelers on long routes. Overall, a peaceful, budget-friendly, and well maintained place to rest and refresh. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay again

The rooms were not clean at all. We found a lot of ants on the bed along with insect droppings, which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. What made the experience worse was the staff’s attitude. They were unhelpful, rude, and showed no concern even after we reported the issue. Despite clearly seeing the condition of the room, they refused to provide a refund. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place.
