Dreamotel by Vaiga Hospitality

Extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I had booked a Classic Triple Room for three guests based on the room layout shown in the pictures. However, the room we were actually given had a completely different layout. The third bed was placed in a very cramped and awkward position, with walls on both ends, making it highly uncomfortable and impractical to use. When I raised this with the hotel management during check-in, they simply stated that the layout shown in the pictures is not available and that what we were given was the only option. This was quite frustrating and misleading. Gaining customer trust should be the main priority for any hotel. Showing one set of pictures during booking and delivering a completely different reality does not help in the long run. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious while booking. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

With high tech facilities and good interiors the rooms are worth for the tariff. The washrooms would have better with little more width. But it was very clean with good lightning. The reception staff and security personals were very friendly and helpful.A special thanks to them.||About the included breakfast, it was well sufficient. The lady on service in the restaurant was very polite in informing us that an omelet is not available. So we didn't felt bad. However we felt the breakfast as complementary only when we saw the tight lipped face of supervisor-like person in the restaurant.||||Overall when we consider the tariff, this hotel is a good option for highway travelers, visitors to Malampuzha, Ramasseri etc.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. From the manager, the front desk and the housekeepers everybody is very friendly and helpful and cheerful. The rooms are clean and basic. There is hot water in the shower. The restaurant has a small but tasty menu. You can autos into town from outside.

I had a really pleasant experience with the food. Everything was served neatly, which immediately gave a good impression. The taste was equally satisfying—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. You could tell that care was taken in both preparation and presentation. Overall, it was a delightful meal, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for tasty and well-prepared food.

Good hospitality and clean rooms. Staff are very supportive and handling customers politely. Very much satisfied.. Dlisha and Parvathi staff were very friendly and supportive. Keep up the good hospitality, cleanliness and decorum
