City Tower Hotel

The hotel is well located on main road, walking distance to bus stand with several shopping options and eateries close by. Rooms - We just stayed for a night and were charged Rs. 3050 for standard room, which I personally feel was bit overpriced. The first room allotted to us was on 3rd floor which had broken bed. When we brought it to their notice, they immediately shifted us to 5th floor. Room was spacious, has large windows with plenty natural light coming in during daytime. Charging points are limited, AC works fine, towels were alright, soap and dental kit was provided. TV had several major Hindi and English channels coming in. Restaurant - Complimentary breakfast in morning, had limited options but can suffice. They have limited veg options and more non-veg options for lunch/dinner. During dinner, we found service prompt, food was fresh and good. Parking space available, easily accessible, common areas are clean. May feel a bit outdated, wear and tear required, but has potential to become great hotel if care and maintenance is taken into account.

The person who enjoyed in other hotels,who frequently travel, for this rate the facilities are not up to the standard. Who is staying for the first time or very rarely from out of city or home, for them it is the better option in Kasaragod. In the Viceroy restaurant, Biriyani is better option. All other menu are not so impressive. Easy accessible and near by New bus stand.

Very old hotel in the middle of the town.. felt very congested.. rooms were functional but tiny. Restaurant has few good options.. only saving grace is that there is a hypermarket right opposite it.. good for a one night business stay.

Manageable cleanliness. Staff well behaved. Probably the thermostat of AC was not working. No Chappals, One small soap, dental kit and a small sampoo. TV and AC, hot water. No other amenities, but costs like 3 star. Room was not cleaned properly. Not much of choices for breakfast, Idly, Vada, Puri sabji and Upma. I liked the taste.

Had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout. Rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. Hospitality was genuinely good and you feel well taken care of. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kasaragod.
