I had a really good stay at this property. The location is peaceful and perfect if you’re looking to relax away from the crowd. The property looked exactly as shown in the photos, which was a big plus. The rooms and bathrooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained, making the stay comfortable. What stood out the most was the hospitality — the property manager and staff were extremely friendly, understanding, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a calm and pleasant stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this property with my friends, and it truly exceeded expectations. The location is perfect, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful escape, while the atmosphere is calm, refreshing, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the property, and the noise level was minimal, making it even more enjoyable. Had a truly pleasant stay at Achutham Homes, Banasura. Being a newer property (around seven months old), everything was in excellent condition — the rooms, bathroom, and pool were all spotless and well-maintained. Special mention to Ajay, who took care of us during our stay. His courteousness and the effort he put into accommodating all our requests really made the experience memorable. He genuinely deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Also want to credit the owner, Vipin, for setting up such a beautiful property. It's clear it's in great hands with Ajay managing things on the ground. Highly recommend Achutham Homes, Banasura for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed stay.

Homestay is too good clean and very well,staff also treated nicely and location is too good . This is a perfect place 👌😍 to enjoy with friends and family .we plan to came for this homestay for next time also I loved the homesaty very much.

Just got back from Achutham cottages wayanad and honestly, it was a solid experience. The service was really friendly and the overall quality of the stay was better than I expected. For the price we paid, it felt like a steal. The rooms were okay in terms of cleanliness and getting there was straightforward enough. If you want a nice place without breaking the bank, this is it.
