Silvery moon grand villa

It was an awesome trip to wayanad. We booked a villa. It had 3bed room hall & kitchen. Everything was maintained neatly rooms swimming pool the play area for kids. The service was excellent. We felt it as our home. Food was also nice.

Mr.Arun and his team was very professional in hospitality, they made our stay very welcoming and warm, whenever we asked for help like tea, coffee, food, Mr.Arun was very polite and always assisted with the smiling face. Must Stay resort. Pool was very clean, Rooms were neat, with AC, hot water for bathing, water purifier for drinking water, camp fire and music for night. A small are to play Cricket, Basketball and Badminton was an added entertainment which makes a perfect getaway!!!

Had a pleasant stay at this property. The location is convenient and well connected. Considering the price, the service was excellent and the staff was helpful throughout the stay. Overall, great value for money and a comfortable experience. Would recommend it to others.

If there was a 0-star option, I would definitely give that to Silvery Moon Resort. Our experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We checked in on Tuesday night around 8 PM and clearly informed them that we would be checking out on Wednesday at 5 PM. However, the manager later told us to check out at 12 PM, which was not what was communicated to us earlier. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager was very rude and even laughed at us, which was completely disrespectful and unacceptable. Customer service was horrible, and the way guests are treated here is pathetic. I would never recommend this resort to anyone.”

We were of 4 members Very spacious and well crafted rooms. Very clean and comfortable. The staff biju and roshan was very helpful and supportive We witnessed beautiful sunrise from our room. Resort is also very green with beautiful plantations everywhere to enjoy. and playing area with clean and beautiful swimming pool i recommend this property for all
