Tatvaura Resort Wayanad

Our stay at Tatavara Resort was one of the worst travel experiences we've had, and a major reason was the way we felt we were treated by the owner, Rajeev. The resort is extremely difficult to reach because there is no proper connecting road, and the approach road is in terrible condition. This should be clearly disclosed to guests before they make a booking so they can plan accordingly. What disappointed us the most was our interaction with Rajeev. Throughout our stay, we found him to be rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Whenever we raised questions about the charges or requested clarification, we felt that our concerns were not addressed respectfully. Instead of making guests feel comfortable, the interactions left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. The billing process was another major issue. We were asked to pay for additional items and services that we did not believe we had used or agreed to. The lack of transparency made the entire checkout experience stressful and unpleasant. The food was also far below our expectations. Despite the high prices, the quality and taste did not justify the cost. We expected much better value for the amount we were charged. Hospitality is about making guests feel respected and valued, but unfortunately, that was not our experience here. Between the poor road access, disappointing food, unclear billing, and what we experienced as unprofessional behavior from the owner, our trip was completely spoiled. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Tatavara Resort unless it significantly improves its customer service, transparency in pricing, and overall guest experience.

Had an amazing stay at the resort. The ambience was calm and welcoming, with beautiful interiors that truly feel premium. The spacious layout is perfect for families, and there are plenty of areas for kids to enjoy. A great place to relax and spend quality time together. Highly recommended

Hi, It was a beautiful experience at the Resort, the ambience and view, the atmospehere all were soo good. the interiours looks luxurious and top class. there are lot of area to play and to spend time with your kids, family.. Highly recommended

Tbh 5 star service and the owner of this property named Rajeev is a man down to earth very friendly, Very good hospitalised go for it, will for sure visit again, thank u tatvaura resort
