Hotel Abu Palace Leh

Good, ambience is beautiful because of its small rose garden.But not highly recommended because Leh main market (Leh mall road) is far away from this hotel, so be aware of that.

If you come in a car, the way to the hotel from Old Leh Road is extremely narrow. Rooms are alright, but there should be a fan in the room, as temperatures are rising during summers.

Manager is very rude. Doesn’t know how to handle things. Boys who work are really good. Food should be improved. I think manager should get some training on how to talk to guests. Very careless also he can’t keep record of which room has been provided to which guest. I won’t suggest this place to any of my relatives or friends because of rude behaviour of the manager. Overall surroundings is clean covered with greenery everywhere. Rooms are also good.

Rooms are big but there is a problem in locking the door. Service is very bad. It is a big hotel but there no lift. We had to come down all the way to have the dinner. There is a phone but it's not working. We had to come down again to talk with the reception. Hot water is not available. Water from the pump is leaking. No one came to pick up our luggages. But food is good. In short, services are very bad, but food is good.

We had a memorable stay with positive vibes, and breathtaking scenery overlooking Himalayas. Rooms were clean. Restaurant staff very eager to serve and always smiling. Will love to stay again.

Hotel is located in a small gully which any driver would refuse to come inside. Secondly if they have good rooms, they will give you the broken wall ugly carpet room. I have never seen such a worst hotel which doesn't welcome customers! Thirdly there is one Mr Shailendra probably a manager or owner,not sure , he doesn't even bother about a customer . I request everyone this is not a hotel which will make your stay pleasant.

Amazing experience with Abu Palace.Rooms are clean along with all amenities. Breakfast and Dinner are delicious with various options in veg as well as non veg. Perfect vacation location for families,Couples and Groups.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very cooperating and helped us with all the information we needed about the itinerary of our trip. The food was good too!
