NillThe property and the rooms are premium, also it’s also very peaceful away from the touristy places. The host is a sweet couple who will make sure you are fed delicious food and taken care off. They grow all veggies in the premise and it just adds to the experience.

NillWhat a cute little stay. We stayed for 1 day/1 night. The rooms and restrooms were clean and beautiful, the view from some of the rooms seemed dreamy!! The property and location had to be spot on, loved how vibrant it was. There are some quaint and beautiful trails nearby for a good evening walk. The hosts were very very sweet and considerate. Lovely people and great food as well. To sum it up, it was a very warm and welcoming stay and would 100% recommend it. P.s. you can purchase lovely stickers and magnets at the counter that are designed by the hosts' daughter who we got to know was a creative student.

NillBeautiful homestay with a lovely garden and apple trees. Hosts provide delicious breakfast and meals made from ingredients grown on their farm. Must take a lovely morning walk around the village and experience the mini village libraries installed for the public. The owner's daughter designs lovely magnets & stickers inspired by Ladakhi culture which can be purchased

NillI recently stayed at Hotel Namgyal Villa in Sumoor during our visit to Panamik and the Siachen Base Camp, and I absolutely loved the experience! The location is very convenient and easily reachable, making it a perfect base for exploring the region. One of the unique aspects of the hotel is its own organic farms. We had the opportunity to pick and enjoy fresh apples, tomatoes, and even watermelons straight from the farm, which was a delightful experience. The hotel staff including Ramesh Kumar from Nepal and Chef Ghansham Pandey were extremely cooperative and made sure our stay was comfortable. One of the highlights was the bonfire they set up at night, which added a special touch to the whole experience. The food was delicious and truly homemade, making it feel even more special. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Hotel Namgyal Villa and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Nubra Valley area. It’s a lovely, welcoming place that truly makes you feel at home!

NillAwesome Host Awesome Service Awesome amenities Parking can be an issue if homestay is full but they will help you in parking. The host waited for us late at night as we got stuck due to breakdown of car and made sure we all got dinner before we went to bed.
