Capital O 63427 Hotel Chandela Inn

Rooms are ok spacious. But cleanliness in the bathrooms is an issue. Service is available but boys are not do prompt in service. Location is okay as it is in the peaceful area, away from city main road, but difficult to get any conveyance from this place. Taxi booking available but hotel reception helpless when the actual vendor does not respond to their calls.

Completely Ruined, hospitality is not upto the mark Reception staff and F&B services are not good Staff forget the order and deliver very late. Requesting hotel administration to brief Staff and maintain basic standards of Hospitality and services

It is a very nice hotel with good services and the rooms are beautiful, but the bathrooms aren't very nice

Room Stay was Ok. Hotel is good, Ambience is neat and clean. Food quality and taste is not good. Budget hotel. During my stay, they Changed or shifted my room into other room as per their convenance. This was the really bad thing that irritates me. Room service is very slow, some times you have to call twice or thrice.

Hotel is ok types. But staff is fraud. Take the room rent which is decided in writing... a check out they increase the price and if you refuse they do dadgiri... beware of this hotel rooms are ok types

A decent hotel in tje city. Newly constructed n well maintained. Staff is cooperative and well behaved. rooms n toilet are clean n hygienic. Provided with towels n soap only. Located in the heart of the city. Hanuman chouk and nearby restaurants are at walkable distance.

It was excellent. The rooms were really hygienic/clean adn the staffs were really friendly and nice services. I was really impressed and the food provided here were really Tasty . "MUST VISIT"
