Think like a million times if you chose to stay here! No one smiles, no hospitality manners! I stayed at this hotel for nearly five nights, and each day felt like a struggle. The staff were irresponsible, lacking basic manners and any sense of hospitality. Room service was terrible—despite multiple requests, they didn’t bother to clean the room. Placing an order was equally frustrating, as they would forget about it the moment you hung up. Every interaction with the staff was unpleasant; they were unprofessional and indifferent. My experience here was awful, and if the management can’t run the hotel properly, they might as well shut it down. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied! Complimetry breakfast, or other services were even more worse. No hygiene in the rooms as well as the staff! Please shut this place!

Not even deserve 1 star. Worst experience in this hotel, please check you towels before use, they fold same wet towel daily. Hot water will not come . The person wo sit in reception will talk rudely so he can prove his point. They don't care if you shout or complaint. Once the day you are going to checkout is the day they don't even care what you order is and what instructions u are providing. Food is good here.

The Price asked for room provided is worst. I found bidi and used brushes in my room. Management has worst communication among them selfs and rude. If you’re planning for work stay then be ready to recharge ur mobile data. Better go for some cheap oyo

Very unprofessional Management and rude behavior from Mr Suri. The way he he talked to my father. I have booked this hotel in Nov/2024 for my daughter first birthday in 19/Jan/2025 and they just informed me a four Days ago that kindly book your venue some where else as they have taken someone else booking at the same day. I would never advise anyone to book this hotel

Comfortabl e stay and pillerless hall make the program ultimate, 2halls at same floor make the program awesome. Rooms are nice with breakfast. Enjoyed the function. Smooth and error free service

Pathateic service- A week ago they informed that they have already done 2 bookings for a same2 hall that we have have booked and their Manager Mr Suri was like - still you have 1 week please change your venue, when we have already sent invitation cards to almost everyone. They were like take your money back because other party have 450 persons so we have to give priority to them whereas your booking havd only 120 persons. They refunded our money 1 week ago. Also Mr Suri, their manager was very unprofessional.
