Hotel Smriti Star

Not satisfied with anything. Staff behavior needs too much improvement. No slipper in room, AC not working properly , no parking for self vehicle. Room size is too small for double bed , it seems single bed room converted in to double bedroom. Not justified the rent. Irritated with mosquitoes , intercom was also found broken.will not prefer self in future and will not suggest to my near and dear. They must acknowledge and take action on customer feedback otherwise they may loose the customer.

not good. v average hotel family not at all recommended v near to main road of MP road. a short stay can be thought off but not a regular stay hotel what ever they say it's not good. u should do bargaining here, they will agree

This is not a 3 start hotel actually it is a 3rd grade hotel. Very poor service I stayed in the hotel for 2 days They don't have electcity backup in my case of power cut for 2 hrs,. Once u ask for a service they will provide after 30 mins They don't clean rooms usually.

Very poor behaviour of manager and seems like he literally does not care about the customers...he denied the booking from makemytrip and we had to wait for 1 hour after we contacted customer care and got the checkin in the same hotel if you don't wanna give check in then Shut off the hotel and services why you guys totally irritate and waste customers time very unpleasant and literally dumb behaviour of the receptionist and manager all are just unprofessional. Don't book this hotel further.

Maintenance is not ok they should maintain the room good but the staff is not good.
