Horrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! I *strongly discourage* anyone from staying at this hotel. The management is beyond terrible, and the conditions are appalling. The only saving grace was the receptionist who went out of his way to help me retrieve my Aadhar card in the middle of the night, but that was due to his individual kindness, not because of any help from the hotel administration. I checked in at midnight, exhausted from a long journey, only to be shown a room that wasn't even ready. They shuffled me to another room, and I was too tired to argue further since I had a flight to catch at 5:00 am. However, what I found in the room was nothing short of disgusting. The room was *just used*. It was *filthy*. The trash can hadn’t been emptied, the bathroom was in a horrendous state—it was so bad that I felt nauseous. Water wasn’t coming from the tap, no towels or even basic hand soap were provided. The floor was dirty, the bedsheets were clearly used, and something was spilled or even vomited on the sofa, which was still wet when I arrived. To top it all off, the bathroom light wasn’t even working. I was completely appalled by the hotel’s management and the absolute disregard for basic hygiene and cleanliness. To make matters worse, Booking.com has *completely inaccurate information* about the hotel's distance from the airport, which only adds to the overall feeling of being misled. This hotel is an absolute disgrace, and I am shocked that Booking.com would give it any kind of positive rating. It needs to be reevaluated immediately. I can provide photos to show just how awful the conditions were. Do yourself a favor—*do not stay here*.

When I went to the hotel, I found that the behavior of the hotel staff was very good and the room was very well equipped with cleanliness, the availability of cold and hot water in the bath room along with the cleanliness was also excellent. The ventilation system was excellent. It was very nice, thank you Omhotel&place

Dirty and smelly rooms. Bucket ,mug and pillows were very unhygienic, full of fungus and dirt. Manager was rude and ill behaved. Cancelled the booking the very same day due to the above reasons but didn't even get the refund for the remaining 3 days stay as well. Deceiving pictures of some other hotel's rooms claiming to be theirs. Fabhotels and Hotel Om Palace not even to be considered as the last option. Completely fraud and scripted reviews. Total scam.

Horrible experience. Deceiving pictures of the rooms, actual ones are far worse. Foul smelling rooms, pillows and curtains having fungus, walls full of cracks and leakages. And on top of that very unprofessional and rude manager. I won't recommend it to anyone even for free.

Room is not properly clean, third class room AC is not working There were insects roaming around in the room, complimentary breakfast was not provided on time, if provided then only Poha was provided in the name of complimentary, bad experience

Worst place ever. Booked from Agoda and it showed that the place was full and our room was last. Went to the hotel and there was nobody except us which indicates fraudulent practices. Don't go over the other positive reviews, the quality is absolutely worse. Even when the hotel was empty, they gave room in corner and since we had ladies in the room, it was absolutely scary experience. More ever, the rooms have no option to bolt door from inside, so if anybody has the keys, they can easily enter in the room. Apart from this, the room smelled so bad from bathroom , that if somebody used the bathroom for bath they would absolutely faint. THE SMELL WAS OF LATRINE AND SEWAGE ALL OVER. We had paid for 4 days but left on the first day itself and didn't even bother to get refund as the staff was utterly useless. They were extremely lazy and didn't want to do any work. Basic things such as drinking water even after requesting multiple times was not provided. When we complained about the smell, they said that they cannot smell it. Wonder what they are stuffing in there noses. No food options before 12 either. So if you are thinking about booking, DO NOT BOOK EVEN IF IT'S LAST OPTION. IT'S THE WORST OF ALL.

Terrible Bathroom ConditionsI recently stayed at FabHotel Om Palace in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the bathroom.The water flow from the bathroom tap was very slow, making it difficult to use. There was also a significant leakage problem, which caused water to pool on the bathroom floor. To make matters worse, there was a constant foul smell coming from the bathroom, which made the entire room unpleasant.These issues reflect poorly on the hotel's maintenance and overall quality. I would not recommend staying at FabHotel Om Palace if you expect basic amenities to be in proper working order.
