At the time of check-in they said that they do not take online bookings and asked triple the amount, which wasn't even worth it. It was an absolute horrible experience. Do not book this hotel to avoid absolute harassment. You can get far better hotels in the new Bhopal area. I had to book another hotel because of there misleading information.

Worst experience. Receptionist was too rude. First of all, they quickly denied that i have a booking there. After 15 minutes they found my name. Then they provided me the worst room they have in the hotel. Smallest room, bed sheets have stains, no towel, no blanket, no bathroom kit. AC remote was Not working, Jet spray was broken. I asked the receptionist to change the room and he said that this is the only room available, either you can stay or cancel. How can someone say this. I paid extra for early checking, done every formality possible and thats how I get treated. I stayer there for 5 hours and left due to such unprofessional behavior. Worst Hotel and staff ever.

Staff behaviour was very pleased. On reception i met with Mr kumar and Akash. Both where very good by behavior. I like this and recommend. And will come back in my next trip, rate tariifs are also affordable and rooms are hygienec. Thanks

Had a comfy stay at the hotel. The staff is much supportive and available 24/7. The hotel maintains good cleanliness and provides best possible services. Overall a good stay and must preferred.

Hotel Lake Link, I had personally bad experience with the check in staff who was very rude and full of attitude. I had booked the room through OYO and paid in advance but still the reception person denied entry and requesting for more cash for availing the room. I would personally not suggest visitors to book this hotel. It is located in front of a big gutter and location is inside streets. The rooms shown on OYO may be very fascinating but actual experience is very bad. Rest it's your money and you guys are quite intelligent to take decision.
