I stayed with my family in this hotel on Sept 21st & 22nd, 2019. Although room was good but the food items were very costly. A cup of tea coat Rs 30/- and a glass of 200 ml milk costs Rs 60/-. It's normal to pay room rent in advance at the time of check in but if you want to extend your stay the payment has to be done in advance again before 11:00 am otherwise you have to vacate the room. At the time of check out each and every item is checked thoroughly and even if a small spot of tea or turmaric is detected on the bed sheet or pillow cover then you have to pay total cost of the bed sheet. For one very light and small spot of turmaric on bed sheet I had to pay unimaginable amount of Rs 1350/- before leaving the hotel. Such rules are rarest of rare I came across during the last fifty years.||I would request Oyo to reconsider these rules and make them customer freindly otherwise no one would prefer Oyo properties to stay in future.||Dr Naved Iqbal Alvi
