Had an opportunity to stay & dine as well along with my family. Very comfortable rooms with courteous staff & ambiance. Reasonable Tariff offering worth the money. Supreme delectable dishes to choose from the Menu. 2 mins drive from the Airport. Leaving happy with good memories. TY

I Don't know who needs to hear this but one of the worst expirence in terms service various valuables got stolen from my friends room there. He had a stay of 5 days there for an official trip. They used to open his room in his absence for cleaning and other purposes. And few things were missing as a new branded bag , along with few small size valuables. This was not expected from such a good rating hotel with good infrastructure and ambience. Got a life lesson here never trust anyone and don't allow anyone to open your room in your absence. No matter how good the Hotel look .

I stayed for 5 days, as I came here on a official visit. The beds were uncomfortable and the cleaning staff didn’t clean the room on ever alternate days. Besides this, sweets(approximately 1kg Kaju barfi) was missing and none took its responsibility. Such unprofessional, unlawful and unethical conducts are unexpected and to be dealt seriously. I downgraded the rating because of such an unwarranted act of theft.

We had a wonderful time at the Sapphire blue buffet. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food selection was impressive. We would definitely recommend this buffet to others.

Outstanding food quality and taste, the ambience is great, is just 2-3 kms away from bhopal airport, the staff is very friendly, just recommending everyone to visit here. will rate it 10/10 in basis of food taste, quality and everything.
