Hotel Rajhans Ritz

This was the worst experience ever and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Before the event, the staff seemed supportive but the moment it started, they completely vanished. The service was horrible and the food was equally disappointing. To make it worse, they didn’t allow us to take the leftover food even though we paid for it. They also overcharged us for decoration, promising a proper balloon setup but only putting up a “25” balloon and a rented Happy Anniversary sign which we paid for separately. When we confronted them, they shamelessly said we should have mentioned it earlier but why should we have to remind them to do their job. They took zero responsibility for their pathetic service and had no interest in customer satisfaction. Absolute scam and a complete waste of money. Stay away from this place.

Highest Mismanagement: Yesterday we celebrated our Mother's retirement function at this place. The sound system was not even working for atleast 1 hour after the start of the function. Even the last minute fix was not good enough. The food was also average and substandard. No adjustment in the cost as well.
