The staff at the (HN) in downtown were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through .🙏🙏🤗🤗🙏🙏

Hopeless place to stay. I stayed with my group and we all had a very bad experience. Dirty and used bedsheets, comferter covers along with dirty pollow covers. Rooms were sticking.Bathooms without hand towels.Drains were chocked. Morning tea not before 8.40am. Hotel staff was nice and polite but the ownner had no manners to talk he had very rude atitude. I regret my stay.

Good stay property cool calm place with a pool in the package ,it's worthit,veg food I ordered especially snacks was awesome .enjoyed my stay.

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room provided. Had booked it for just a night but the room and the amenities were way beyond expectations. The only thing lacking was the service because they were understaffed and the only person serving the rooms was doing the best he can. The food quality was decent, nothing too good. Kebabs were good though.

Road to the hotel is poor. Rooms are fine, so is the food. Had asked the hotel people to update the GST information on the bill and provide a copy, it's been three weeks and it's still coming . . Not professional.
