Hotel O The Shaan Inn

Worst service, bad smell, peeling paints from their wall. They force to pay extra to provide such bad room. The staff is dumb like a donkey.🫏 I went yesterday and they provided me the dirty, uncleaned, and, unhygienic room. Dustbin was filled, At last, I want to say, SULABH SAUCHLAYA is more clean than their hotel rooms.

3rd class Facilities, and staff not given bill, to paid my amount, staff told us I given a bill in WhatsApp and I will check out but staff was not pick the call and not given room invoice. Nobody goes sha inn hotel, drinking water not available, no backup for electricity cut, no room service provide any type,

Receptionist is a characterless guy!! They take advantage of people after booking online when you go to the place they DENY your stay and ask for more money... Never had such a horrible experience in my life, I pray to God that the owner who is doing such things gets BURNED IN HELL !! Your hotel is not even worthy of 10 rs/ day, it's better to sleep at railway station but not here.

There is no AC in their rooms and the hotel staffs are very unprofessional & asking for more money ....others hotels are providing AC at same price....guys stay away from this hotel.
