worst experience ever. 1.Firstly AC not working from night and they just made us fool from morning that they are working on it, 2. lots of mosquitoes which don't let you sleep, 3. TV isn't working, Telephone is not working, 4. Room lights also not working and we managed in a single bulb light whole night and next day, 5. Washroom lights isn't working. 6. Doors lock also defected and hence no security of your luggage 7. No wifi 8. No kettle and toilet paper Go for another hotels and they are nearby too. Trust me Our exam was in the morning and AC wasnt working since night, mosquitoes didn't let us sleep a single second, lights in the washroom didn't working too and We had to bath in the mobile flash light.

I had booked this hotel for staying guest as it is closer to Kailash garden, and it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The management was poor and the service was terrible. To begin with, there was no power backup, and we had to suffer through a long power cut during the event. As if that wasn't bad enough, there was also a water shortage and we had to wait for hours for the tanks to be refilled. The owner speak very sweetly but do nothing just like a customer care. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, and it was clear that they were not prepared to handle such an event. I had high expectations but the hotel failed to deliver on even the most basic requirements. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and advise others to look elsewhere for their event needs.

Not a good experience here. As the rooms ac remote as well as telephone was not working. I had to call the reception from my mobile several times. Also washroom was not clean with a broken tap and water dripping continuously. Wasn't satisfied at all. Not worth the price.

I loved the place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near Trinity and LNCT college (an auto will take you in Rs. 30).

I must have given zero stars for pathetic service and rooms. I was with my friends and we booked around 5 AC rooms. When we arrived, 3 rooms were smelling so bad that it smelled like a public toilet. When we complained, they thrown the filth on us that you must have done something. In 4th room, the fan was rotating as if it will fall down any moment. Then comes the AC. Not even one AC in any room was cooling. Now let's talk about water, we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and by the evening there was not a single drop of water available to even wash our hands. When we complained, they kept repeating that it will come at this/that time. And the water came next day morning around 10 AM, that too was dirty. Going to this place will make you feel that how a person can make worst decisions. To the hotel owner, You should better shut down the place instead of providing such pathetic service. Because you don't know how to run a hotel. It would be better if you open a multistorey paid toilet facility over there because it's still the same.

My worst Experience ever in my life. First of all not a single AC was working in any of the rooms of the hotel.Plus the staff was not even co-operating to give us complimentary instead on AC you know right the AC rooms are suffocating AF. When we reached the hotel we asked the receptionist for a room and he literally denied us to give any of the rooms and charging us 1500 so we booked it online in 700 lol dude lol. The staff does nothing unless we tell them 4-5 times to do a thing bruhhhhhhh

Bad service , worst check in experience. Very Rude behavior by the staff especially the person at the reception and Over priced . Please look out for some other hotel or you will regret it . Owner should kick out the staff or this hotel will not be successful.

Worst experience ever. ACs were not working in any of the rooms. For two days, there was no water. Rooms smelled even worse than the public restroom. The staff was disrespectful. Despite complaints, no solution was provided. Room number 104 is haunted.
