Collection O Hotel Aditya Inn

My recent stay at Collection O Hotel Aditya in Bhopal was marked by both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, I must commend the professionalism and kindness of the manager and hotelier. Their dedication to customer service was evident throughout my stay. Additionally, I was pleased with the generous discount offered, which made my accommodation more affordable. However, the room itself fell short of expectations. Upon entering, I noticed a persistent odor that detracted from the overall comfort of the space. Despite attempts to address the issue, the smell lingered throughout my stay. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that the bedsheet was visibly dirty, which raised concerns about cleanliness standards. Another notable aspect of the hotel is its location on the 2nd floor without a lift. While this may not be an issue for all guests, it could pose challenges for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. In conclusion, while I appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the staff at Collection O Hotel Aditya, the room conditions, including the persistent odor and cleanliness of the bedsheet, were disappointing. I hope that the hotel management takes steps to address these issues to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests.
