Hotel Shagun

I had booked with breakfast but they didn't provide breakfast even after telling again and again. The staff is not cooperative. No windows in the room. You'll not know if it's day or night. Overcharged for the amenities they provide.

I have confirm booking through treebo but they denied to check in as they have end the tie up with them , I travelled whole night & request the staff to help in any manner but they denied , the staff is really unprofessional & rude they didn't helped in any manner & said the owner has instructed to don't provide any check in through treebo still there , I request people that don't make booking at this hotel

It's an average hotel but the location is in the middle of the old city. Parking of four wheelers is an issue at day time.

Worst Hotel at that Price Range. Smelly Rooms. Dirty And Uncomfortable Beds. Faulty Taps and What Not. Strongly Not Suggested for Family.

Room was good and clean bed quality was good bathroom was also very good and have a good bathroom space they provide handwash and bodywash too ac was in good working condition Worth for money

Very dirty rooms. Soiled curtains full of dust in the window curtains. Cockroach everywhere even on the bed. Unhygienic. Only pros is the room size, it's big for executive room. Other than than nothing great. Noisy dirty neighbourhood. It's close to the city market. Complimentary breakfast has only 3 options and they make only one or 2 of them. Tables and sofas are full of dust. Would not recommend. We chose because it was closer ti the market. We had stayed here some years back at that time it was good, clean but now it's not maintained well.
