The rooms were poorly maintained, not cleaned properly, no intercom (Phone did not work), no proper hot water facility. Further adjacent rooms provided to students who ve come for sports tournament, they practices in the hotel corridor causing lot of disturbance during night time. The hotel management has no control over this.

Rooms are not good experienced paranormal things living there, I do not recommend this hotel to anybody else. Rooms were always filled with some doors making sounds and cockroaches all over. There service is disgusting they don't even served water for hours after asking many times. And the receiptionist each and every time stares you.

About food there is not store we have to walk for atleast cross the bridge approx 20min for the foods and drinks near by hotel only one food store is there but the food is worst never try just waste of money but yeah you can try hotel foods which is good but the prices are high and including GST extra they charge 5% they need to change there menu card for the amount bcz the price is very high according to the hotel and the location

TLDR; Very bad service and poor quality rooms, Didn’t like it a bit there There was a broken fan, Broken TV, broken Table, broken lights switches, bad service. When we called to reception an electrician came and checked our tv but he had to do some other work so he left and said I’ll come later and never returned. We ordered for an extra pillow and reception never gave us one.
