Hotel Reva Regency

Suffocating and small rooms. No ventilation in rooms, Filthy linen with dirt oil spots everywhere , pillow cover were dirty, staff replaced on request but replacement were too same dirty. Front desk manager has rude behavior. Lots of anger. Noncooperative. Once you booked their behaviour changes to arrogance. Does not clean toilet even on repeated request.

We have stayed here for 3 days n 2 nights. It was nice experience. Breakfast is available n taste good. Variety items included in breakfast. It's in heart of the city Bhopal. It's good for sightseeing nearby.

If you are looking for a decent stay, this is not the place for you. There is no parking for cars, hotel location is in very small street. Staff is unprofessional. ACs are direct on or off , no remote. TV is showcase. Many menu items not available to serve.

Worst hotel I have ever been in my entire life. No cleanliness. Washrooms are not clean. When you'll order your food, they will tell you kitchen is closed. You have to arrange your own food. Room service is pathetic. For complementary tea when you are asking them, they will provide you the ingredients the next day. Front desk person does not have any clue what is the rate they are charging you? At the time of check out they'll ask you for more money. Complementary breakfast only have two varieties. Yet they take proud in saying they have 90% occupancy which might be true in their own imaginations. Make my trip rate of hotel is much cheaper then what they are actually charging. If you question them they will say make my trip charges are for standard room but you can check in the app even with complementary breakfast in deluxe room, charges were much lower then what they actually charged me. Better if you ever want to stay in bhopal, stay at a lodge at half of price they are charging of same service.
