Hotel Amer Palace

Very Very bad experience. Receptionist was very aggressive. When I told them that I have done the booking from make my trip and want to check if it got confirmed or not then they directly told me that don't call us if it's confirmed then you will get message, they was very bad. once I got the room, nothing was there no matt no bucket no clean in the room as well as there bed sheet was in very bad condition . Fungus was also there which I showed to them Also at night when I came back lift was not working and again I complained to then they were just saying sorry nothing else. AMER PALACE IS VERY VERY BAD AND WASTED MY MONEY

I am giving 1 star to Jharokha on my personal recent 2 visit, since last 10 years Amer always been our favorite place to celebrate our special days, every thing is awesome here but 4 days ago on 10th Oct, 2024 we went to jharokha to celebrate our parents anniversary, there was a Girl *"NIKITA"* She being so rude to us, no manners at all to talk to guest, that time we neglected her because we are celebrating, then today on 14th Oct, 2024 when we took some of our guest from other country to amer for dinner, that girl "NIKITA" attend us again and being again so rude towards us (guest) , this time i didn't tolerate her unprofessional behavior and call the manager but there is one guy on bar "VIJAY" he apologize and said ma'am I will attended you, and he made our dinner smooth going and memorable with our guest. But still I'm writing this to request AMER Please teach some ethics and professionalism to your staff, specifically NIKITA, I still remember the old days with amer before renovation when your intern girls used to wear saree and welcome us with a smile. But This incident is really disappointing..!

They don’t have adequate parking space,they’ll ask to park your vehicle wherever they find space and then keep changing parking places all night.I personally changed my car’s parking place 2 times in the middle of the night.The guards will ask for 'kharcha paani’ whenever you step out of premises and the hotel staff in the night is useless,they don’t cooperate.Just to conclude don’t book this property rather look for other good properties in the proximity.

I stayed in the property for good 5days. My overall experience was good although there's room for improvement in some areas which goes as follows 1. Rooms were cleaned with the same mop they used to clean the toilet floor which I found highly unhygienic 2. Slippers were provided only when I asked for them which I think should be provided beforehand without having the need to ask 3. Glasses were dirty 4. Water bottles were refilled when asked to 5. The cleaning guy asked for the "tip" as soon as he got to know that I'm checking out maybe for buying a new separate mop . 6. Bedsheets were changed when asked to Apart from this following were the positives 1. The room service was prompt and courteous 2. Food was amazing, worth the money 3. Extremely safe for solo female travellers. Highly recommended.

Disgusting service and food quality as well as quantity. I ordered non veg platter and it was mentioned that they will serve 4 pieces of each 5-6 types but in my parcel I found only 3 type of non veg with not even 4 pieces my 900 rs went waste awful taste too..do not order this platter. I will suggest dont go also as waiters r non professional and hygiene is also bad.

Rooms Are Ok, Ambiance is not up to the mark, an old property, renovation done but ok type room. Food was not up to the mark. Taste was ok ok,

Rating only based on Jharokha, their newly renovated restaurant, absolutely undertrained staff, food is extremely bad and overrated, no value for money. The manager wouldn't entertain you for any queries regarding the food quality. Wasted time and money.
