The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The staff service is attentive and responsive. The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every need, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable.

overall stay was nice, rooms were good enough to stay, good infrastructure. i deducted 2 star only for 2 reasons, 1. they took lot of time to respond, even after confirmation they took more than 45 mins to provide room to make it clean. 2. without asking, no soaps were provided... it needs to be improved, they should by default provides soaps when they allocate room to someone. hope when i will plan my next stay here, i'll not face these same issue, but it's a good place to stay if they improve customer response. management needs improvement, infra quality is good.

The hotel staff gave me a room which was below par what I booked. They were ready to give me a better room if I cancelled my booking from oyo and paid directly to them. Then the room was dirty, bedsheet had hair, water marks, the floor dirty, tv broken, washroom shared, blanket torn. Worst experience.

Oyo is a complete scam. After reaching hotel, receptionist said we have this room if you want to stay otherwise you can leave. Room was like cow shelter, somehow they cleaned it. Oyo was saying they can return the money but where would I at 9 pm. Oyo should stop the service.

Bad hotel bad service, DO NOT OPT IT...useless OYO app. Charged Rs 500 extra even after informing Oyo customer service. Dear #OYO if you can not handle your partners please shut your business.

Worst hotel, bathroom was very bad, flush was not working. Water was flowing out of AC, staff was asking for extra money, they said OYO price is less so give us more money.

It was an average experience because hotel staff is not very keen to facilitate basic needs such as drinking water or breakfast due to the shops nearby provide drinking water and food at very economical price.
