Worst experience stayed there for a day room full of mosquitos bed springs were out bathroom no tap was working even no hot water facility dirty rooms no cleanliness staff and the owner are rude this total waste of money.

Beds are not clean torn blanket TV was not working I'm staying at room 302 washroom not maintain. They have charged me ₹1100 for a night it was waste of money

I have visited collection o Ashoka palace, that was my worst experience I have seen ever in my life. Room and bathroom are not fresh and clean. I have told them about those uncleanliness, they said that they will clean all of these but that was not done by them.

They charge extra money for the same rooms online available and also told even if you have reservation online we will cancel it and the manager is pathetic and rude behaviour also , I want suggest any one to go there

We have organised a Kitty party and met the manager there 15days before the function he has confirmed the price before 2days we again reached the hotel for final confirmation and he has just refused every thing he has peomissed earlier. But we were late to change the arrangements again so we have to go with same venue but now with a different menu. On the day of our party the hotel staff was very rude and they have even refused to even provide a Fresh hot food. I am not going to suggest this hotel to anybody in my family and friend. Worst experience and services.

For innocent customers, just to bring this in their attention I was traveling from jabalpur to Bhopal with my family, hence for overnight stay I wanted to book the hotel, I checked for this hotel on OYO app, I saw many reviews that they ask for extra money, Hence I thought to confirm this before visiting the hotel. The moment I called I started recording it, one girl answered the call and she mentioned that sir please don't pay the amount on app, first come see the rooms then automatically you will pay extra amount. I was surprised, and asked her then why aren't they revising the prices on Oyo app , she said that she has requested but Oyo is not revising , now the surprising part was , instead of lossing the rating and review the hotel owner should remove their hotel from oYo but they are not doing this Because they want the customers to come to their hotel and pay extra amount . Also Oyo can take bookings without the consent of the hotel. This is a bluff don't go for this. PS - I haven't stayed in the property but was very disturbed after seeing their response.

Worst service.... Pathetic staff and very poor rooms. I have stayed for two days and there was no water in washroom and ac was not working. Even and after complaining multiple time none of the hotel staff was bothered to look into it. In the end i have to check out hotel at night 1.30AM because of the hotel staff behaviour. Staff has harassed me and forced me to pay the entire amount.|Waste of money and time. This hotel (Hotel Ashoka Palace) deserves zero star rating but there is no option available I have to give them 1 star rating. Very bad experience.
