FabExpress Madhuram Landmark

BIG FRAUD. They do nor honour any bookings from Agoda, Fabexpress etx as they have their own system of offline booking. You will be left stranded and they will say they dont know they have already informed the online booking partner. Then they will try to delay the refund process by quoting reasons like there is a power outage, we will arrange another hotel etc.. STAY aWAY!!!

This hotel owner and staff are no respect a Customer . When I reach on hotel location . My booking is from Feb hotel. First thay ask me about my booking .. I sa i have a online booking . They direct told me we have no room . Evan on feb hotel my room. Is book . They told me to complain febhotel and thay told me.you can complain in police no problam . When I tell Tham that my booking is canform if you have no room than why canform my Room . Thay starting fighting me . .. *I REQUEST ALL THE CUSTOMER WHO THING TO VIST THIS HOTEL PLEASE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING HOTEL STAFF ARE VERY DANGER THEY WILL SLAP YOU AND FIGHT WITH YOU*

They are a FRAUD. They have listed it with multiple names - Fabexpress Madhuram Landmark, Capital O Madhuram Landmark etc, and they DO NOT HONoUR CONFIRMED BOOKINGS from any of the sites like Agoda, Booking etc. ITS a FRAUD. They overbook their hotels at higher rates and AVAILABILITY IS NOT GUARANTEED. You will be left stranded. They do not provide any communication also to you. Book at your own risk

Rooms are dirty and stinking as there are leaks from the bathroom walls. I had to move to 3 rooms to get a proper room. If you are allergic to pests, do not dare to take this hotel. Room is full of cockroaches and they are everywhere . Very pathetic experience as I developed throat pain due to this room. Don't pay full amount or don't book for multiple days. You will not get refund if paid online.This hotel is always available. No need of advance booking. All reviews are fake. I have seen it live.

If you are a couple and trying to book with a local I'd. Please don't go. First they will say they allow guests with local I'd but when you will go there, they will create a scene and will not allow you to check in. These people are fraud.

Dirty room, dirty bedsheet, pillow and curtains. Unprofessional staff. I reached hotel at 3:00am. They didn't provide water also. I asked for water then reply was "ro water not available,plz buy packed drinking water". Hot water supply only on morning. For breakfast you have to go to beside the hotel.

Really, it was good and homogeneous for me. Also this booking was lucky and the online information delivery was perfect, they have also share maps so that it become easy for us to reach to Madhuram hotel

Rooms are very Dirty, the garbage left over by previous “guests” isn’t removed! Dirty linen and bed sheets. Very noisy location at the cross road with constant horns blaring!! No hot water to bathe during evening, no drinking water provided while check in. Direct rental cost no more than 900/- while fan hotel charged 1500 with breakfast- which they proudly told its not available. To top it off Fab hotel, while booking claimed that the rooms are running out fast and asked to pay 25% advance which the owner claims he never got and forced to pay it again. Still running around to get it back!! In short do not trust the photo shopped images!!
