Worst service ever I've seen they don't give the complementary water. Door lock not working. The plug is not working even though the TV is not working. Worst hotel i visited in my life at this price

The hotel has no standards, untidy beds and bedsheets. The owner is very rude and staff doesn’t cooperate. We had a very bad experience and decided to leave the property within 15 mins of check in.

Hotel room was Very unhygienic & very dirty, as well as bedding was also not cleaned properly. And the smell is also very bad inside the room. And staff is also not cooperative to is not working in the room due insufficient recharge. Totally wastage of money, please do not book it.

Never stay in this hotel.... If you're going outside or coming back to your room you have to call them to lock and unlock the door you have to wait for long. They don't have phone in room for call to reception They have tv as a showcase in rooms they don't recharge them even you ask them for several hours. They don't have latches in doors (main door + bathroom) from inside to lock. All positive reviews+ 5 star ratings are purchased rating don't believe them...

First of all Hotel Jewel Palace have to Upgrade their Service team Reception Team, He doesn't no how to entertain Customer, Door was not locked by the Card, After many complaint matter does not resolve, What to say about Hotel, it was So disappointing.
