Note: During our party, the hotel staff came to our guests and asked them to give a 5 star review for the hotel which is fake...so please don't judge the hotel with those 5 star reviews . My review: I had booked this venue for a family wedding recently. However, contrary to our first impression expectations, their service was extremely pathetic..Shortcomings elaborated as under: i. Both the halls that I had booked were not clean even at 12:30 p.m., when the time I had booked was 11:00 a.m. I requested the staff to get that cleaned immediately but they said " ek hi admi hai dono hall ikhatta saaf nhi ho paenge" . The wedding was booked 3 months prior and they were behaving as of they didn't get any time for arrangements. ii. The manager and the other staff were cold eared and did not respond to the basic requirements that we made like arrangement of a sign board with party details at the entrance. iii. The passage they had earlier said they would decorate was not decorated at all. Half an hour after the party has started they had arranged a carpet for the passage. After almost 1 hour the name welcome board was also arranged after a lot of heated arguments and repeated follow up. iv. We had booked 5 rooms. It took us almost half an hour to check in ( only for changing) and that too when we were in great rush...Then on requesting for water, we got 4 bottles and the waiter kept on insisting for immediate payment as if we were going to run away before our party. v. Despite earlier bookings, no chairs were arranged for the guests..After the party started on our request, the chairs were brought to the hall. vi. Overall the entire hotel staff were highly non cooperative, inefficient and irresponsible. Thankfully, despite the hotel staff insisting for their in house catering, we opted for Milan caterers who made excellent food arrangements and saved our respect. If at all we would have gone for their catering, I am sure the whole party would have been a complete mess Inspite of its great location and amenities, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for any party or event.

The hospitality is good, the food of restaurant is good, the ambience is very nice. This place is ideal for weddings and is designed in the way. They have a decorative pool which looks nice for small gatherings. The location is on the eastern side of Bhopal and might not be preferable to the people living in west and South. Overall a nice hotel

The experience here was good. We attended our friend's daughter's wedding here in their garden. Room services, everything is very good. The location is also good. It is at a short distance from Anand Nagar and is on the main road, so there is no problem in finding it.

They say never judge the book by its cover. But well, you can judge this book by its cover. As beautiful and elegant as it seems in picture it’s perfectly matches with hospitality and services. Everything was perfectly organised and comfortable. Wouldn’t have asked for more luxury than this at such cheap cost. The staff behaviour was upto the mark (except that restaurant guy). The rooms were very spacious and tidy. The washroom was clean. The amenities were available to redeem. The reception desk was quick to react. Though, the food is bit on the dull side as compared to the prices but that totally under-shadowed by the hospitality. Definitely considering this option for next visit as well. One of my comfortable stays in a long time. A big Thumb’s Up to the staff and Team.

Hotel is too good I'm coming here to attend a wedding and the hotel was too good and services is also too good here and too fast and view is also too good the pool side is good we very enjoy haldi ceremony here and the management iss also good here is shinou who was manage things very properly and and all the employees was very good thank you shubh shaleen spring for this wonderful

I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, it was not ideal. The rooms, though spacious, had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the lack of windows made the rooms feel rather stuffy and suffocating. On a positive note, the washroom was notably spacious and clean, which was a relief. However, the service left much to be desired. The receptionist did not answer the phone despite multiple attempts (5-7 calls), which I found to be quite poor service. Regarding the food, it was generally fine, but some items were disappointing. The Paneer Kolhapuri was a poor choice, though the fried corn was nice and the Aloo Paratha was acceptable. I also ordered Pyaaz Paratha and a Naan; unfortunately, the Naan was soggy, and the Pyaaz Paratha had less stuffing and was mostly wheat dough. Overall, while the room size and cleanliness of the washroom were commendable, the cigarette smell, lack of ventilation, and unresponsive service, coupled with the subpar food experience, significantly impacted my stay.
