Worst experience. Even after booking 4 rooms, there was no room cleaning. The AC was not working, and no water facility was available. No shower was working. The worst thing was that the receptionist did not have the manners to talk with customers. He himself gave feedback from a customer's phone. Worst experience of my life from any hotel. The receptionist was neither allowing for delivery guys to go upstairs nor sending his staff to the rooms and was allowing the parcels food to cool down so that customer himself comes downstairs and picks it.

Terrible Experience at Oasis Hotel Bhopal. I recently had the misfortune of booking at the Oasis Hotel Bhopal, and it was one of the worst experiences I've had. The staff's behavior was appalling, particularly the hotel reception manager, Mr. Yadav, who was completely unprofessional. Despite having a confirmed booking and having being informed the hotel priorly that we will arrive late , we were denied check-in late at night. Mr. Yadav's attitude was rude and unaccommodating. As a female traveler, I felt uncomfortable, disrespected, and concerned for my safety. The hotel's failure to provide basic hospitality and courtesy is unacceptable. I strongly advise against recommending this hotel, especially to female and elderly travelers. Denying check-in late at night demonstrates poor management and a lack of empathy. I hope the management takes immediate action to address the staff's behavior and customer service. Until the hotel improves, I would caution others to avoid it.

Pathetic Experience, Firstly Hotel is under construction so loads of dirt and unhygiene. The hotel has 6 floors with no lift working. Room condition you can't imagine: water coming out tap continuously without opening. Fan doesn't work except full mode. This hotel situated right beside the train track and the same noise you can hear coming out AC (so can't sleep uninterrupted). The cherry on the top is rude behaviour of staff and overcharging (I.e. Water bottle price 35rs per litre) Thank God we didn't had food here. That too without justification why they are charging Rs 35 when it's illegal to charge more than price on water bottle. You have to live with pungent smell of smoking and wall damp ness. Logics/ Facilities/ hospitality /Politeness Comes to the end when you book this hotel. Book it on your own Risk.

Worst room,no parking available,staff took extra time for check in check out checking things many times m. I only stayed for 3 hours as the bed and room was not in good condition. Will never recommend anyone for this property

Worst experience. Room was very humid and moist, AC of the room was not working, requested to change the room but they did not provided. Rotten food was served and that night experience was horrible for me and my family. I will never go to this hotel again.

It took 25 minutes to get checked into the room. They were not able to find room for us initially even we have done booking already. Room was basic. No hand wash gel, no towels even water bottle was not provided to us. When asked why didn't you gave all these they said, if you ask us to give we would have given to you. Good for those who need a night stay and want to travel back.

Gupta ji,this is worst ever stay of my life. The most arrogant staff like bodygurds hired from Agra. Your staff is getting your image down, also saying in your name as well. Oasis family was a good ushering family but after this stay with your AGRA staff without cleaning of rooms and corridors, I won't recommend anyone and also wish already existing guests should not pay here hourly wage
