Hotel O Yuvan

Absolute garbage hotel. I travelled from far expecting them to help me out with accomodation after booking through the app. The receptionist was rude, didn't bother to help at all and when I told him to speak to the customer care he blatantly refused to do so. I hope and pray this hotel doesn't survive in the long run for shunning guests away like that.

The rooms and bathroom are good but the door lock is broken.check before taking this

Cleanliness and hygiene is the best part of the guest experience. Newly built property located in a calm and safe place . Staff is professional, responsive and very helpful. Impressed with the daily cleaning . They serve very tasty TEA ☕ & breakfast. Must visit property in bhopal , I really loved it. Thanks to the helpful caretaker and the Manager 😊👍

They cancelled my prepaid booking for 6 rooms a day prior to my checkin. There was not much support from oyo either. Think before you book.
