FabExpress Saket Inn

They changed my original booking of Delux to normal room and said i will shifted to Delux room, once it is vacant. But for days they haven't shifted telling the same reason. Very poor service.

Great experience they allowed early check in also without any charges washroom might me better but overall it was a great hotel

Very bad experience. Dirty room cigarettes buds are here and there . No one is going to respond on intercom. I never had experience like this. I will only mark half of a star. Bathroom shower was leaking and making noise all the time.

Worst Experience ever Hello fab In reference to booking in trailing mail I felt the worst experience in the history of my life. I have traveled across the country many times, but nothing can worst then your service. Refe point wise my complaint against Fab services and hotel. 1. Refer attach audio (discussion with fabexpress executive) they are very clearly said that there is no extra charges for early check in at any condition. But during checkin hotel executive denied this and charges 500/- extra for early checkin. 2. Refer attach Photos, as you shown images of room on your website are totaly different. The whole interior is different and very dirty. As you present your properties is very high clas , but in reality they are very shoddy, cost not more then 500 but you are charging 1300 which is not acceptable at all. 3. Address on google map is 2 km. away from the actual property location. Seriously in 2023 this type of management is unacceptable. 4. When i facing issues to find the property location, i'm trying to connect with fabexpress executive, but they are not responding on call. I was facing very bad trouble around 1hr on road with heavy bags. 5. They are surving un sealed water bottle. 6. TV is not working. 7. Washroom is very very dirty and badly smelling. This is the my 1st experience with fabexpress, and yes is also the last one. I'm also writing about my experience about fabexpress on twitter, facebook also.
