Very bad experience. Rooms not hygenic. Tiles, taps, hangers all broken. No water when we actually needed it. Had to wait for 30 mins everytime we wanted to take bath. People keep talking and laughing loudly all through the night. Someone was smoking Continuously and the smoke was getting inside our room. Not at all recommended for ladies and families. There is no zero star else I would have given it. I booked room with breakfast but they said they can give only poha that too after 11 am.

Worst services. Workers are handling this hotel as a lodge. They told me stay 5 minute till room is getting cleaned. They roughly took 40 minutes to provide me room. They took payment first and when they failed to deliver room on time I asked them money, and they clearly denied we cannot refund. Plus dirty & wet bedsheets, third class staff. Never recommend to anyone.

I had really bad experience.. Rooms was so dirty nd unhygienic Room service was really bad don't even have child water nd no one to serve in room have to pick up from reception by yourself.. I suggest not to go there

WORST! NOT AT ALL FOR FAMILY! Enter this listing only if you have got enough patience to constantly nudge, escalate and negotiate for every basic amenity and if u can tolerate. Their key customer segment are couples needing roof for few hours and thus they dont have other amenities in working condition if you are planning for a longer stay. Hygiene - Claustrophobic rooms emitting smell of dampness all the time. No air no sun. Entrance lane is Wine Theka and muddy ,24x7 full of drunkard and anti social elements. Facilities - Negative. Basic things like door knobs, lights, wifi, wont work and for making them understand you have to explain a lot. Managing staff - Careless and unprofessional at best. Dont pay heed to the requests. Beware!! If you are booking through discounted tarrifs Oyo or Agoda, they dont let you in until you pay extra. Else they gonna offer you a half equipped servant room as 'classic'. The only saving grace is staff is polite but whats the use if its good for nothing.

Everything from the check-in process, poorly maintained rooms, stinky and dirty bathrooms with leaking taps, broken door, dirty white linen with visible stains in every corner. The staff even knocked once early morning to show the room to another client. It was a horrible experience

Hotel room not clean and bad smell thi rooms me photo and actual room me bahut difference hai staff ka behaviour bhi acha nahi tha and no food available Very bad experience

Extremely bad experience with Room Service, Safety, Staff, Hygiene, Amenities and Cleanliness. Not a recommended place. This place is not safe at all.
