Hotel RK Regency

My experience was quite good, the quality of food and drinks are very good. Roof top dinning available which is very good. The restaurant is spacious. They have 2 banquets one is for 50 to 60 people and another one is suitable for weddings.

I visited the place multiple times and it was always a delight. The hotel is situated directly on the Indore-Bhopal road, making it easy to access. The quality and taste of food is exceptional, providing different cuisines.

The hotel staff has been extremely rude and unprofessional. They fail to communicate properly and have made unreasonable demands for additional charges. they were not talking logically, just asking money. They dont have sense of talking to elderly people. Fully unprofessional Despite having evidence, including recordings of their staff, I don't have the time to pursue this matter further. To make things worse, they are falsely accusing us of damaging their facilities, even though their rooms were already in poor condition.

Apart from the food, which is decent, nothing really stands out. The staff is very cooperative but often careless, and some kitchen staff even argue among themselves while guests are on intercom phone call. The rooms have poor ventilation, giving off an unpleasant smell that they try to cover with room fresheners. The bedsheets and pillows are worn out, and the taps and showers need proper maintenance. While the food is good, the careless attitude raises concerns about hygiene. They also give out breakfast coupons during check-in, which feels like they’re doing the guest a favor, and gives negative vibe. Overall, It's a very average best budget option if needed.

Review of HOTEL RK REGENCY: Great Infrastructure, Awful Service Very unprofessional and awfull staff. HOTEL RK REGENCY boasts excellent infrastructure with modern architecture, clean rooms, and great amenities. However, the service is a disaster. The staff is not only untrained and unprofessional but also shockingly rude. Check-in was chaotic, room service was slow and often incorrect, and housekeeping was careless. When issues were raised, the staff responded with dismissive and rude behavior, making the stay even more unpleasant. Despite its impressive appearance, the unprofessional attitude and poor service completely ruin the experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless management addresses these serious issues. Rating: 1.5/5 (For infrastructure only)

Think twice before staying here, Reception is very slow and laggy. The room is quite ok but pest friendly. Also while check-in the hotel take photos of amenities whatever they provide.tv not working/towels missing/ hand towel missing and so on. Toilet flushes not working. No hot water for the shower in the early morning. Totally hectic stay.

The hotel facilities and amenities were excellent, but an incident with the staff left a very negative impression. My friend, who also had a booking at the hotel, came over to my room for a brief visit. My reservation was for one person, but within five minutes, i received a call from the reception stating that they noticed another person in my room through the security camera. The receptionist, rather than approaching the matter politely, spoke to me in an unprofessional and accusatory tone, insisting that i take accountability for the situation. After i clarified the circumstances, they mentioned they would verify the details and get back to me. Despite seeming confident in their assessment, they never followed up, leaving the matter unresolved and creating an uncomfortable experience. The first words from the receptionist were, "sir, aapke room mein jo madam hai, vo kyun hai? hum aapko camera se dekh rah e hai" this tone and approach were both intrusive and unprofessional, overshadowing what was otherwise a pleasant stay

Worst service ,today when I called RK regency hotel for rooms availability enquiry there staff was not aware about the rooms availablity and they will keep ur call on hold for half an hour after that also they are not having information about rooms availablity .I called them two times today it was a worst experience with talking with them.Never going to book RK regency whose staff are sleeping don't answerable to customer queires
