Don't go there. Keep yourselves away from this type of hotels. They are there only to cheat people. At the time of booking, they mention lesser tarrif and demand advance amount for the stay duration including some extra amount. When you check out, they don't refund the additional amount deposited. If you resist, they threatened you of adverse consequences. Since customers are from other towns and cities they don't want to waste their time by arguing with them for few hundreds or thousands of amount...

Visited this hotel in first week of December 2022. Though the location of the hotel is just in front of the Bhopal Lake and approach to hotel is easy with ample parking space in front but the same cannot be said to the interior of the hotel. The rooms are not properly ventilated and the washrooms were in pathetic condition with rusted and on functional fixtures. Pillow covers, bedsheets were stained. We asked for them to be changed and the changed articles were also stained. Though the staff was trying their best to accommodate our requests, but we left the hotel.

Beware of these fraudster. Even after booking and paid in advance,We couldn't stay there bcoz he did not let us in and abused and he also said that we don't give rooms for online booking. We had stood there helpless at 4: A.M for more than half an hour, there was very little light in front of the hotel and my younger sister was in pain while standing there . When I confronted him on phone for false listing and posting of his hotel rooms he said "haan to kya kar loge mai nhi hataunga ise Oyo rooms se aur room bhi nhi dunga". So mujhe bahut der wait karne ke baad majburi me ise cancel karna pada. ""Oyo rooms ko aise hotels ko listing karne se pahle unke owners ke background ko check karna chahiye. Me and my younger sister felt very unsafe. So at last I had to cancel the booking. I think, I should file police complaint against him and the hotel."" They (Oyo rooms) Also didn't give the refund till now. Pathetic service of oyo rooms.

PATHETIC HOTEL !! 😡 Very bad experience with this hotel. 1. Staff is very rude and not helpful 2. They didn’t provide us the breakfast for which I already paid for it in advance, one of the guy rudely said in the morning “aap bahar se manga lo hum nhi de sakte”. 3. Room was not clean and bed sheet was having blood stains, and they denied to change the bed sheet when I asked. 🚫 NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL 🚫

Amazing 3 day stay at the hotel. Nice clean rooms and very cooperative & pleasant staff. Privacy and freedom. Overall a wonderful experience - just the way I wanted.

Owner of hotel is drunk 24 hours , I have doubts he has hidden camera in rooms 😆😆😆
