The blankets were not that clean. And the food service was a bit slow as there was just one waitress. But she was really good at her work. As she was all alone the service was a bit slow. The management needs to hire 2 more waiters. Otherwise the room is spacious and they have running hot water. Room service was also good.

We had a stay here as a marriage group, where we had a booking for all rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. It also has three big banquet halls that can utilised for gathering. Very nice and polite staff that ensured that our visit was comfortable. The foods taste was very delicious. Overall review : loved it 👍

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, the staff is polite. The charges are reliable, and the overall experience was enjoyable. The reception staff, particularly Ms. Palak & Ms. Nikita, were exceptionally courteous. Additionally, they are always willing to offer the best possible deal. I highly recommend this hotel based on my experience.

During my recent visit to Bhopal, I had stayed in this hotel. Its all started on a bit negative note. First, I have called the hotel to check the availability of the rooms. They said the rooms are available and the tariff for the room that I required was of Rs.2500/-+Taxes. For this, I said "the prices are lower online. Can you match the price so that I can check-in directly"? And the reply was a bit harsh - "No. Please book online and then check-in". I was taken back step for such brusque answer. While moving from Airport to Narmadapuram Road, Bhopal where I had to stay, I have checked other options. The google search took to this Hotel's Website where we can book the rooms directly. Interestongly, the price for the suite room (Single Occupancy) was displayed as: 1400 + 5% Taxes. On the other websites like makemytrip, goibibo etc the prices were 2000 + Taxes onwards. Without a second thought, I have booked the room directly and completed the payment. Upon reaching the hotel, I have realized that I have booked for 28th December instead of same day check-in i.e 27th December. Hotel staff suggested me to contact "MMR Hotels" who handles the entire Revenue Management Solutions to La Pearl. First, I have sent an email to either to prepone the booking by one-day or to cancel. Next, I have called on the numbers and reached out to them directly. My call is then transferred to Mr. John. I have explained the situation to Mr.John and he was kind enough to understand the error and asked for 15 minutes time to resolve this. I was totally pessimistic on the available of the rooms immediately that too for the discounted price that I have got got 28th. And I was mentally prepared to pay the price difference of Rs.1000/- if the discount is not applicable on 27th... To my surprise, Mr.John has called me back and confirmed the date changes and asked me to meet the hotel staff to check-in. He has sent the revised booking details to the staff and i have checked-in smoothly. The room was very well mainted and clean. I had only the complementary break-fast in this hotel. The options were very decent and the food is good. The service staff inside the hotel, particularly the food section, were extremely good and taking care of the guests quite well. Highly recommend the hotel.

We celebrated our daughter's 1st bday party at La Pearl. Food is delicious and tasty. Location is appropriate. Staff is cooperative. I would recommend to everyone.

Honestly I had the best experience staying at La Pearl , property is super cosy and the best part is the staff. Housekeeping and reception staff is so helpful and welcoming. Food is delicious and rooms are affordable. I highly recommend
