Hotel The Oasis

The location was quite ok, the room was also decent according to the online price which I got nearby 1200rs. Only male receptionists have ego issues that 'why I did online after seeing the room he told 1600 also building is under construction. Great view from room no 602. Even tea isn't available, water bottled charged 1.5 times from actual print and also trying to denied to give the invoice.

The male manager was very rude, my booking was for a deluxe room but he gave me a classic room, even after telling me he did not give me even slippers in the washroom. There was also dust on the blanket, room size small and there is also not lift on where he give as rooms,

They have given us a room in 4th floor instead they have a vacant room in other below floors and the lift is also not working properly it is in very bad condition. They even not provided the basic facilities of towel and doormats in the room. The room quality is so bad tape is used to stick the key used for lights, bedsheets are dirty too . Never going to book this hotel again .

Geyser not working, Water leaking in bathrooms, Not provided gst bill. Fabhotel room rent is differ from hotel during payment. I didnt recieved invoice of paid amount by hotel nor fabhotel. Very disappointed from after checking to check out.

Room bed quality. Not clean room and cockroaches are available in the room. Bathroom not tap proper working. And booking show pictures good quality room but reach the hotel check room but not same room. AC not properly working and etc.

Pathetic experience Female receptionist is betrayed by agreement after check in One of the key staff head, is arrogant and looks unfavourable after complaints Rooms tiles having scratches all over looks dirty and hairs are all over the floor, after mopping Bathroom door is not steady and open all time They agreed to included gst in the tariff, but argued and charged extra at the time of checkout. They also agreed to include the breakfast in tariff but argued at the time of having it. Very unhygenic and unclean balcony, wrappers, spits, poops etc Moquitoes all over the building and in rooms Charged 30 INR for 1lt of Aquafina water bottle and excluding gst

0.0000 rating I am feeling very regretful for booking this hotel. I have never seen such a hotel till date.It is worst and bad. I will never come to this hotel in my life.They don't have the manners to talk.I will never ever recommend this hotel to any one not even my enemy🤮😡

Worst service i have ever faced...by any hotel...they have too many rooms vacant still they gave us room on sixth floor...and their lift was only upto fpuryh floor ...even room was not clean some non veg item like bone is already left on dressing table ...i asked the receptionist to make it clean so thy asked me call on another no. Still they came after 3 hour to clean that...and specially the behaviour of manager is sooo rude...the hotel didn't provide us the keys to lock our room...they asked us to leave room open...and when i asked the manager to why theu didn't activate the key before then instead of helping us...she started arguing witj me too rudely..and still they didn't provided any keys to lock our room...and unfortunately we have to ledt our belongins in our room which is totally opened and unsafe....this is rediculous.....all the reviews of the fab is totally fake...you can chack reviews on the internet then you can get the actual hospitality of this hotel...didn't expected this service from fab.....totally dissapointed...😑...!!!!!
