Good Look...Worst service & housekeeping. "नाम बड़े और दर्शन छोटे" We had booked 2 rooms for 3 days, but getting the worst experience, we checked out on next day and cancelled remaining 2 days booking. 1. After checked in the room we get soap, towel after 1 hr on several calls on reception. Towel was very old, dirty & having lots of yellow spots. 2. Initially they gives us room which was having very bad smell due to dampness on wall. In another room there was too much sound of AC. 3. At morning there was no water in bathroom, they open the bathroom of another room to us. Water was just a little warm and not hot. It was not usefull for bath. 4. Bathroom mirrer was broken and not able to even make shave in that mirrer. Door Nobs, taps, charging pins all were damaged. 4. Room service was also very poor. You have to wait minimum 30 minutes to attend your request by service boy or reception 5. Most horrible thing was the lift. Several times lift was stopped in between and we have to call by pressing immergency button. 6. Restaurant was too ugly. You will get the very bad smell at the entrance of restaurant. 7. Manager told us that they had told all these peoblems to the owner, but he is not taking any action. They also told that lift's problem is from last 2-3 months but owner is not repairing the same. It is very horrible experience. Worst service and worst housekeeping.

I really wanted to review this hotel as i didn't got time after reaching, but this hotel is mind blowing, with such a large parking space, so many rooms and they also have different restaurant . The room was fully furnished with big bathrooms and hygienic. Wi stayed in one room worth 1500/-. Whenever u want to goto road trip, and u want to stay one night , just take slow to hotel coz its at the border of main city and on the highway. I loved it . .. it's too nice restaurant in Chhatarpur not too costly and best foods are available hear . People have enjoyed too much on his birthday and his friends also say good about restaurant and food chemistry.. management of restaurant is also perfect . You can make full full in less money . I prefer this restaurant you must go and enjoy your day , party and food. I will say let's go don't think too much you will get fun and best quality definitely . .. . . . . .

I loved it . .. it's too nice restaurant in chatrpur not too costly and best foods are available hear . I have enjoyed too much on my birthday my friends also say good about restaurant and food chemistry.. management of restaurant is also perfect . You can make full full in less money . I prefer this restaurant you must go and enjoy your day , party and food. I will say let's go don't think too much you will get fun and best quality definitely . .. . . . . .

We stayed at two hotels during our stay in chatarpur for my sister wedding. The rooms are simple, spacious and excellent for couples. The ac was little old but worked just fine. The bathrooms deducted its one star. The stay was good. Lifts are working which never did in la capitol one of the expensive hotels. Room service was ok. good stay

At first was surprised when came to know about the hotel...as i wasn't expecting the four seasons group to have a hotel in this locality. But when visited all by doubts cleared. It wasn't the part of the group, just a cheap trick. Staff there was highly unprofessional. Service was poor and food quality was not that good either. I guess people go to this because hotel management has some type of coupon offer for discounted food

Hotel is good as per as fair, rooms are not that much good, they will not provide you a soap, shampoo or handwash on bathroom. Old Air Conditioner very less cooling. Service is good. Lift is too small for 5 people's
