Hotel Jain Palace

Excellent hotel with lovely hospitality.The manager and the staffs were well behaved.Rooms & toilets were neat & clean.Overall a great place for stay & is pocket friendly

I was visited this property before some days when I check out and leave that city then I realised I missed my ear phone in room after that I call hotel no and updated about this staff said sir I got your ear phone and we will be courier very soon after some days I call again and asked about that issue he said plz call owner or manager then called him he is very gentleman he said don't worry sir we will be courier very soon and Shere a no his staff then after some days I called that no he said sir my shift in night' only after that I asked about who is in day shift then he shere mr.dheeru no then I call him him and about my ear phone then he miss behav with me I said I will be complaint to your owner then he aboused me and his owner too after that I realised they are theef and criminals so guys this is my experience plz don't stay here.

If going to Bageshwar Dham and coming via chattarpur then you can have this hotel for taking a bath, getting fresh and taking some rest .... You will get auto rikshaw or buses going from petrol pump infront of this hotel for Bageshwar Dham ... Rooms are average but location is great. The hotel is located approximately 200 meters from bus stand road and the hotel is very good food and snacks and beverages and rooms are very affordable and the hotel staff is also very friendly. This hotel was really very good ☺️ . And I am very happy for staying in Jain hotel . And i recommend to all of you whenever you also going in chatarpur then staying only in this hotel .

It is an average hotel. Their is no cubords/gyser. Not a single accessories are provided not ever towel. They do not have availability of water bottles. Front desk boy is not at all cooperative. Not satisfied at all.

The rooms are filled with tons of dust and no dustbin, washrooms are as unhygienic as they could be,A̶s̶s̶h̶o̶l̶e̶ the care taker puts illogical arguments like "Stay in this condition, else go somewhere else". If you are short tempered, I would pray God to give you strength so that you could face the staff and not punch the care taker in face.
