The hotel is located in the main market surrounded by Banks, Small Finances, NGO'S, malls, temples,etc.|Very good hotel in 3 Star segment.... Specious ..... hygienic and good ambience ....The staff is very polite especially the manager....Food is good.....|

Best hotel in chhatarpur it's rooms are very comfortable and the staf of this hotel is very cooperative, sweet and kind the owner of this hotel is very nice person he cooperate me alot .I visited that hotel 1st time and literally I just love that hotel I think when I will go hotel in chhatarpur I will definitely go in this hotel the view from all sides is also best . The rooms are well maintained, cleaned,sanitized with nice lightning I give 7 stars to this hotel

I Must Recommend this hotel to everyone. Their hospitality was very good. Rooms are neat and clean, feels luxurious. Management and staff was polite,kind and very friendly. all-around experience was awesome 😊

I am not writing this review out of anger but to let people know about the situation who are booking online. I had 2-3 conversation with Hotel owner as I stay in Mumbai and I had to book room for my mom& dad for 4 days. I found him a nice person and requested to block room for 4 days, he asked for money upfront and I had to pay because I didn’t want to take risk since he said there are hardly any rooms available. Also he said the Temple where my mom dad wanted to visit is hardly any distance from the hotel facility which was again a big lie. Anyways, the story begins now. When my mom dad came back, they told me how ridiculous hotel was, they said it was more like a godown with zero facility. I made sure they have Gyser in bathroom but even that wasn’t working, dirty beds sheet (my parents used there own as they didn’t provide clean one), no staff and of course as he mentioned there are hardly any rooms available there were no guests apart from my parents because no one would stay in a godown like hotel. I asked my mom dad why didn’t you tell me when you were in situation, they didn’t want me to take tension about them in a strange place. One small advice to the owner: Sustainability of any business lies in transparency and individual’s integrity. God bless you!!

The rooms are comfortable and the location is very convenient. The service staff is very cooperative and helpful. Overall a very good experience.

Hotel owner is a big lier. This is is a total scam. Stop calling this a hotel. Everything he said over call was a lie. Booked ot for my old parents as they wanted to visit Bageshwar dham and by booking this hotel I am regretting as the toom is so dirty, no staff, no cleanliness, no facility. I came to know all the positive reviews that is there are of his own. I don’t know why people lie for some money and break someone’s trust on humanity.

The owner of the hotel drows alcohol. And then the customer wants extra money to connect and annoys AC closed in the night of the night. And the hotel is also very dirty. Price is also higher. And do not make any feature. Please do not go anybody. We are looking for a good hotel .1) The Rudraksh Hotel. 2) Virasat Hotel 3) Hotel La Capital. 4) Hotel Midcity
