**Absolutely Horrible Experience - Would Never Recommend!** If I could give *Hotel Prime Residency* zero stars, I would. I ordered two dosas, expecting a simple and timely meal, but this experience was a nightmare from start to finish. After ordering, I waited a full 25 minutes with zero updates. Turns out, they didn't even have a chef available to make my food! Yet, no one bothered to inform me, and my order just sat there unacknowledged. When I tried calling the hotel for an update, they completely ignored my calls. Finally, I had to involve the delivery partner, and when they spoke to the receptionist on my behalf, he was shockingly rude and unprofessional. He actually refused to speak with me, claiming he was "too busy," and continued to avoid canceling or even updating my order. Not only was my time wasted, but the customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. This hotel clearly does not respect its customers or their time. Avoid this place at all costs!

Nice interior, polite female staff and decent food. However, the downside is The parking space is congested on the roadside.

I have not stayed at the hotel, I only had dinner at the restaurant so, I can review only about the restaurant the ambience and service is good and food is also quite tasty ...

Very good hotel. Good Rooms, Good service. Good food. But the receptionist is politely adamant/arrogant.

Staff having very rude behaviour, they are not good, you can chose 7B instance of this one, staff will not serve you the food, staff will not talk with you properly, after completing the food you will feel like staff want to kick you out from hotel. I did bad choices came with family, instance of this small hotels staff are good.

The food , service and ambience is all good. I liked the taste of the items, the service of the service staff and the interiors of the place. The only thing that went back was the ice cream, I had something green colored in it. May be it was expired or green mould was grown in it. Even though I got the replacement of my dessert, however they didn't acknowledge the failure from their end
