One one the old and best vegetarian restaurants in Chhatarpur. You get authentic taste of food and very warm service by the staff. If looking for staying in the city, I would recommend this hotel as this is situated in the centre of the city and bus stand, main market , hospital, etc are very close to it

The best hotel in Chhatarpur, the staff here is very good. Rooms very clean. Environment very good. The price is also not much. No hotel in this location is as good in this price range.

Quality of food has been consistent for 10 years now. The staff is very well behaved and polite. Rooms are clean. A very affordable option to stay in chhatarpur

We entered this hotel having got the review that this is one of the best known hotels of this locality. However, my impression for this is far from best. The good thing about the hotel is that the staff is polite and they really do put in an effort to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms before offering it to guests. The bad things however, are far more dominant. Rooms are small and equipments (a/c, TV) have regular breakdowns may be either due to cheap quality or little servicing. The ambience and interiors are moderate and amenities offered are bare minimum. I don't know about other places, but facilities here could have been better.

Great Food with nice hospitality. The restaurant is gaining popularity day by day. The taste offered here at reasonable prices is conferring crowning glory to the restaurant. The staff is highly supportive and polite. Service is quick and the quality is high. I have visited here at numerous times, but have never observed anything that reflects the compromise with the quality and customer service. The restaurant is neat, clean and ambient. Above all, the cordial support and service of the staff leaves a memorable reflection. Great...

I was very sceptical about traveling to Chhatarpur and the quality of hotels in the area. However, I was pleasantly surprised by Hotel Shelter Inn. The room prices were very reasonable, the rooms were clean and spacious. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are quick to respond to your queries and try their best to make your stay comfortable. Their restaurant is the reason why I have rated them 5 stars. As a hardcore non vegetarian,I have little regards to vegetarian fare. Their restaurant, though pure vegetarian dishes out amazing food. |To sum up this is a basic hotel, with clean rooms, great staff and they have an excellent restaurant.
